Variation

Cardamom Tea Premix

  1. Make Cardamom Tea Instant Mix. For this, omit all the spices and increase the number of cardamom pods. Take around 20 to 25 cardamoms.
  2. 1/2 Cup Tea leaves, 1/2 Cup Milk Powder, 20 Pods Green Cardamom

Chai Ka Masala

  1. If you omit tea and milk powder then you are left with Chai ka Masala. Mix everything, grind it and keep it in an airtight container. While making tea,, along with tea powder/leaves, add 1 tsp of this masala and make it the regular way.

Regular Chai

  1. Omit all the spices. Grind tea. Just mix ground tea and milk powder.

Recipe Notes

  1. I have not added sugar to it. If you want to add then add it along with milk powder and grind everything together. For this much quantity, add 1/2 cup sugar.
  2. You can adjust the quantity of milk powder as per your liking. This mix gives a strong tea with less milk.
  3. Similarly, the spices can be adjusted as per your liking.
  4. Use the same tea leaves which you use in routine for making your tea.
