Guilt-Free Mango Yogurt Lollies

These Guilt-Free Mango Yogurt Lollies are crystal free, easy to make, with a sweet tangy taste, yummy and totally guilt-free. Believe me, something you must try, because unless you have it you can't believe how heavenly it is.

  • 1 Cup Mango Pieces
  • 1/2 Cup Thick Curd/Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Boora Sugar/Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Of Salt


  1. Puree mango pieces along with 1 tbsp Boora sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Put hung curd in the blender with 1 tbsp Boora Sugar and run it for few seconds, so that it becomes creamy.

  3. Now, you can combine these two and set in lollies moulds or in a bowl.
  4. Or, add little of each alternatively in the popsicle moulds just to create a pattern.

Recipe Notes


  1. Use storebought Greek yogurt in place of thick curd.
  2. Buy mangoes which are sweet. Avoid sour mangoes.
  3. Adjust sweetener quantity as per the sweetness of mangoes and your taste buds.
  4. Avoid adding an essence of any kind to enjoy the real taste of the fruit.
  5. Lemon juice is added to reduce crystallisation.
  6. Salt is added to enhance the sweetness.
