Mango Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Hung Curd
  • 1 Cup + 1 Tbsp Mango, Peeled and Chopped Roughly
  • 1/4 Cup or as per taste Boora Sugar
  • 1 tsp Kewra Water, Optional
  • 1/4 tsp Green Cardamom Powder (For Shrikhand)

Instructions

  1. Put chopped mangoes (1 cup) and Boora sugar in the blender and puree it fine.
  2. To this, add hung curd and blend again into a smooth paste.
  3. Chill in refrigerator.
  4. Add kewra water.
  5. Add chopped mango pieces (Optional)

  6. Add green cardamom powder and enjoy it as Shrikhand (Optional)

  7. Serve with love.

Variations

  1. Use any other fruit in place of mangoes like strawberry, kiwi, blueberry, banana etc.

Recipe Notes

  1. Adjust the quantity of Boora sugar, depending on the sweetness of mangoes, your taste and requirement.
  2. Take care that mangoes are not sour.
  3. Bright yellow mangoes give very appealing colour to the yogurt.
  4. Adjust the quantity of mangoes as per your taste.
