Take any pan of your choice, be it square or rectangle and of any material. I used a 5'' rectangle glass bowl for this much quantity.
It remains good for upto a week in the refrigerator, so better is to make it ahead.
In the food processor bowl, add almond meal, soaked and squeezed dates, honey, cocoa powder, lemon juice and salt.
Blitz it till the mix comes together like a ball, around 15 seconds. Do not run the processor for more than 30 to 40 seconds at a time else the almonds will release oil.
Keep it in the freezer for an hour.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and keep it in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix everything.
Holding the parchment paper, remove the brownie from the pan.
Take off the parchment paper.
Cover it with chocolate ganache or just put it on the top.
Your No bake brownie is ready.
