Frozen Fruity Pizza

One of the healthiest pizza or simply frozen mango yogurt barks

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Hung Curd
  • 4 Tbsp Mango Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped fruits of your choice

Instructions

  1. Chop fruits of your choice.
  2. Take a shallow tray that can go in your freezer and lay parchment paper in it.
  3. Take hung curd in a bowl. Making hung curd is very easy. Check the method of making hung curd here.
  4. To this, add mango puree and honey.

  5. Beat for 10-15 seconds to remove lumps, if any.
  6. Put this mix on the parchment paper.
  7. Spread it by tilting the tray to and fro or spread using a spatula.
  8. Scatter mixed fruits on it.
  9. Chill in freezer for 3 to 4 hours or till set.
  10. Cut into desired shapes.
  11. Serve with love.

Variation

  1. Add any other fruit puree like kiwi puree or strawberry puree etc in place of mango puree.
  2. Keep the yogurt plain, don't add any puree. Now add honey and few drops of vanilla essence to it and proceed as above.

Recipe Notes

  1. Adjust the quantity of honey and mango puree as per your taste and sweetness of mangoes.
  2. Preferred fruits are grapes, kiwi, pomegranate, plums, peaches, cherries etc.
