Honey Chilli Potato Or Guilt-free Chilli Potato? As these fries are made in air fryer. Now, you can treat your children daily with these healthy and guilt-free Chilli Potatoes.
Preheat airfryer at 200 degrees C for 5 minutes
.Wash and peel potatoes and cut them lengthwise in the shape of fries.
Toss the cut potatoes in 1 teaspoon oil and put them in the preheated airfryer basket. Air fry these for 30 minutes or till golden brown and crisp.
Mix tomato ketchup, soya sauce, honey and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl. Mix 3 or 4 tbsp water in it and keep this aside. This is just to dilute the sauces a little.
Add honey, vinegar, sesame seeds and greens of spring onions and toss again.
To make potato fries ultra crisp, after chopping pat dry with a kitchen towel. Toss in oil and then put in the airfryer.
Once golden brown, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and further air fry them for 5 to 7 minutes more.
No need to coat the potatoes with cornflour.
You may skip sweet chilli sauce and increase honey. Though honey is also optional.
