Edible Chocolate Diyas, with a delicious filling, add a special zing to the festival of lights, Diwali.
In a pan, put ghee, milk powder and milk. Make a smooth paste and add powdered rock sugar to it.
Stirring continuously, cook this mix on the medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes till it leaves sides.
Puree Chopped pineapple. Cook it with powdered rock sugar
Dissolve rice flour or cornflour in water and add to this puree.
Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes till it thickens slightly. It will thicken more as it cools down so do not cook for long.
Fill it in Diyas.
