Creamy  cheesy dip makes it all the more healthy and tempting, but don't worry, there is neither cream nor cheese in it. It is very healthy.

How To Make

This recipe has 3 parts to it.

  • First is to make the cheesy dip. You can make this dip and keep in the refrigerator easily for a few days.
  • Second is to chop fruits. Again, you can chop the fruits and keep in an airtight container in the efrigerator.]
  • Thirdly, making the canapes. You can also go for storebouht canapes.
  • And lastly, to assemble everything and serve.

A. Make Creamy Cheesy Dip

  1. Put Cottage cheese in the blender and make a fine paste of it.
  2. Add hung curd, honey, and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix everything nicely.
  4. Keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

B. Chop Fruits

Take whatever fruits are available and chop them in small pieces. I used kiwi, mangoes, pomegranate.

C. Make Canapes at Home

  • Simply toast a bread slice in toaster or OTG or air fryer.
  • Cut it into different shapes, circle, triangle, semi-circle, flower, etc.
  • Your canapes are ready.
  • It is also a good way to teach different shapes to your toddlers.

D. Assembly

  • Apply Creamy Cheesy dip on the prepared canapes.
  • Put fruits of your choice or drizzle chocolate sauce or sprinklers.
  • Enjoy with a smoothie .

Tips For The Perfect Outcome

  1. Make it colorful by using fruits of different colors.
  2. Keep the dip a little thick. Ensure that cottage cheese is also thick, without any excess water.
  3. This dip tastes best when chilled. So make it in advance and keep in the refrigerator.
  4. You can also first cut the bread slice into shapes and then toast it in Otg. This way, many canapes would get ready in one go.
  5. Keep the fruits ready.
  6. What about the leftover pieces of bread? Don't worry. Either make crumbs and use in cutlets etc or, make some more creamy cheesy canapes on them. See below...
